Hi, I’m Thomas, and I am the Operations Director here at The Focus Group. I was inspired to work in the helping professions from an early age, and it is incredibly rewarding to know that my role supports those who need it most. Each day at The Focus Group presents a different challenge, but with that comes the reward of seeing how human connection positively impacts those around us. I have developed as a Manager during my time with Focus, and I’m keen to ensure that each of our team members has the same opportunities to develop that I have, both personally and professionally. To support this, we must ensure the wellbeing and welfare of our people remain central to our decision-making and allow the freedom to pursue areas of interest and innovation. I continue to be inspired by those who seek our help and those who offer it.
