Hi, I’m Sarah, the Operations Team Leader at Focus. I manage the Focus Administrative Team, providing support across The Focus Group. I also handle the generation, analysis, and reporting of data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for our various contracts. My passion for supporting others began in school, where I helped peers with academic and personal issues. This led me to pursue a counselling course at university, followed by roles in Finance and HR within both charity and private sectors. My current role at Focus allows me to utilise my skills and experiences in these areas. I enjoy working at Focus, collaborating with dedicated and compassionate colleagues, all driven by a shared sense of purpose.
