Hi, I’m Jo. I’m the Senior Therapist for Counselling Modalities at Focus. My journey with Focus began as a student studying Integrative Counselling, and after qualifying, I joined Focus as an Associate Counsellor. Progressing to a CfD Therapist, I now hold the position of Senior Therapist. I believe that my progression within the organisation mirrors Focus’s growth and the values of Integrity, Purpose, Dedication, Innovation, and Compassion. Working for an organisation that aligns with my personal values as a therapist and a human being is crucial. I feel a sense of family and belonging at Focus and hope to continue my personal journey as the organisation evolves.
